 iBistro®You can use the system in the library and from your home computer. You'll love the new look and you will find it easy to use. To place books on hold or check your record, you will need your library card number and a PIN. If you do not have a PIN number, you need to get one at the Circulation Desk at the library.

Public computers at the Sterling Heights Public Library are now equipped with EnvisionWare, a computer software management system. You must enter your 14-digit library card number (with no spaces between numbers) in order to use the computers. Nonresidents should ask the librarian for assistance. There are two computers with library catalog access on the first floor which do not require a library card number.

Note: The iBistro library catalog system is down weekly on Friday between 6-11 p.m. for maintenance.

The Sterling Heights Public Library offers an Online Book Club that delivers books electronically. You'll be able to read two or three chapters from a book during the week. If you like the book, you can check it out or place it on hold. There are eleven book clubs to choose from: fiction, nonfiction, romance, business, science fiction, mystery, horror, pre-publication, good news, teen books, and audio books.
