 You can use the iBistro system in the library and from your home computer. To place books on hold or check your record, you will need your library card number and a PIN. If you do not have a PIN number, you need to get one at the Circulation Desk at the library.

Public computers at the Sterling Heights Public Library are now equipped with EnvisionWare, a computer software management system. You must enter your 14-digit library card number (with no spaces between numbers) in order to use the computers. Non-residents should ask the librarian for assistance. There are two computers with library catalog access on the first floor which do not require a library card number.

Note: The iBistro library catalog system is down weekly on Friday between 6-11 p.m. for maintenance.
