Weight Control Tools & Calculators
|
Body mass index (BMI) is a number that indicates whether you are at the right weight for your height. Many sites on the Web can calculate your BMI and explain what your result means.
Keep in mind when you use these calculators that their questionnaires can't cover every relevant point. Web calculators can alert you to possible problems, but they cannot replace your health care team. |
